The Switchback SUMMIT-I 2 Series Cartoner (formerly known as the AI-2H BPJr.)  is our intermittent motion, servo load style cartoner. With a wide variety of in-feed options and carton sizes available, we can customise a solution for most end-load applications.

The intermittent motion allows your operators to automatically collate incoming products in a wide variety of methods, including robotic, star-wheel, timing screw, side-transfer, and servo race-track styles.

What’s more, the Switchback SUMMIT-I 2 Series features rugged design for high performance and longevity.  It comes with Allen Bradley Kinetix servo drives for controlling the product load, as well as the option for servo control on flights chains, carton erect, and in-feed functions.
